Professional Background

After graduation, Barry spent six years assisting with complex procedures in general orthopedics, trauma, total joint replacement and sports medicine in Florida and North Carolina. He later worked in physical medicine and rehabilitation, emergency medicine and internal medicine.

Education & Clinical Experience

Before becoming a physician assistant, Barry earned a physical therapist assistant degree and worked in orthopedic physical therapy in acute hospital and outpatient settings. For more than 25 years, he has managed a broad range of general and internal medicine needs, with particular experience coordinating orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation.

His combined medical and rehabilitation background supports careful evaluation of musculoskeletal, motor vehicle accident and personal injury concerns. He focuses on helping patients understand an appropriate path toward recovery and improved function.

Education & Training

Before completing his DNP, Nathaniel earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Weber State University. He worked as a registered nurse for six years before beginning his career as a nurse practitioner.

Clinical Experience

His healthcare experience began in 2000 and has included work as a phlebotomist, certified nursing assistant, emergency medical technician and registered nurse. That progression provides practical perspective across multiple levels of patient care.

Cassie has specific experience in bone and joint surgery as an orthopedic physician assistant, as well as experience in primary care and urgent care.

She values exercise, lifestyle improvement and nutrition when they are appropriate to a patient’s needs. She also recognizes the role of modern medicine, medication and procedures after trauma or injury, using evidence-informed care to support healing and health goals.

Personal Connection

Cassie previously spent five years as a horseback riding instructor. She played basketball at BYU and later coached at Timpview High School, experiences that continue to inform her appreciation for movement and active living.

Justin completed advanced orthopedic training through a fellowship in Orthopedic Surgery at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth. His work included assisting in a range of surgical settings.

Clinical Experience

He is experienced in evaluating and treating sports-related and musculoskeletal injuries and has worked with complex diagnoses during recovery. His broader background includes cardiac cases, pediatrics, chronic disease management, urgent care and trauma care.

Community Connection

Justin returned to his home state of Utah to bring his experience to the local community and the Precision Medical clinical team.

Professional Background

Born at Camp Roberts, California, David moved to Utah and has spent most of his adult life in the state. After high school, he lived in Colombia, where he learned Spanish and developed a lasting appreciation for Hispanic culture.

Education & Clinical Experience

By 1982, David had completed several degrees and developed experience in healthcare. He worked in psychology as a counselor and later in the space industry before earning his physician assistant degree in 1992.

In addition to his physician assistant work, David has experience as a first assistant in surgical settings and broad knowledge of pediatrics, adult internal medicine and geriatrics. During the past decade, he has focused substantially on motor vehicle accidents and personal injury care.

Andy is committed to providing compassionate care and places a high value on the relationships he develops with patients.

Personal Connection

Outside work, he enjoys time with his wife and five children. Family activities often include wrestling tournaments.
